Every journey starts from passion.
Kurt, the owner of Jersey Bagel, started his journey with his passion for owning a business. He has worked in the restaurant industry since he was 14 and later went to Colorado to study hospitality management (and also snowboard in the Rocky Mountains). After college, he followed through with this passion by opening Jersey Bagel. Today, he is the sole owner of Jersey Bagel, is the father of two wonderful kids, and still enjoys snowboarding along with golfing.
Even after working at the bagel shop with his team for several years, Kurt still holds a commitment to "make work enjoyable" while at the same time navigating and overcoming obstacles.
